★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A diferencia de los comentarios que aquí se muestran en mi caso tuve y sigue teniendo malas experiencias con esta empresa ya que pedí un producto y aún tomando todas las precauciones para que no haya errores me dieron otro, en el mismo momento de recibir hice la devolución misma que me dijeron que se tardaba 2 días lo cual fue falso se tardaron más de 10 días más o menos.
Les había manifestado que mi intensión no era comprar de menudeo sino a grandes volúmenes pero creo que no fue lo suficiente arreglado para que tomaran en serio dichas intensiones (no lo puedo negar en ocasiones me sentí discriminado)
Sigo esperando unas respuestas que ellos se comprometieron a darme y ya han pasado meses largos, desde la oficina los colaboradores/trabajadores se han comunicado en múltiples ocasiones y solo dicen que "hoy en la tarde, que mañana, que esto y que aquello".
Simplemente no quería hacer el proceso de importación desde CHINA por un tema de tiempo, sin embargo ya lo hice traje 100KG de un producto.
En fin, servicio mediocre en lo que a mi experiencia se refiere. Saludos y buenas tardes.
Unlike the comments that are shown here, in my case I had and continue to have bad experiences with this company since I ordered a product and even taking all the precautions so that there are no errors, they gave me another one, at the same time I received it I made the return same that they told me that it would take 2 days which was false, it took more than 10 days more or less.
I had told them that my intention was not to buy at retail but rather in large volumes, but I think it was not organized enough for them to take these intentions seriously (I cannot deny it, sometimes I felt discriminated against)
I am still waiting for some answers that they promised to give me and long months have already passed, from the office the collaborators/workers have communicated on multiple occasions and they only say that "today afternoon, tomorrow, this and that".
I just didn't want to do the import process from CHINA for a time issue, however I already did it, I brought 100KG of a product.
In short, mediocre service as far as my experience is concerned. Greetings and good afternoon.
