★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was part of the city tour. The food, service, view, and Tequila were all outstanding! So glad we did this, would definitely do again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed the Tequila Distillery tour, information, lunch, most of all the tequila tasting! Ramón was a great guide and presenter. I ended up buying 2 bottles (Añejo and Extra Añejo) to take home... only regret is I didn't buy more! DON CHENDO is one of the most delicious, authentic, and smoothest tequilas you will ever have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here as a part of the PV City & Tropical tour & must I say. I was super impressed. I not only learned so much more about tequila but our guide Jose was sooo much fun. The restaurant that is attached to the Distillery is also very delicious.
Thank you Jose !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolute SCAM! A tourist trap! When you get there they force you to choose one of 3 meal options. Each combo was ranging from $42 to $50 USD. Then they add on extras such as guacamole, water, a alcoholic drink etc. The food does not include mexican traditional dishes such as tacos. There is no tour of the facility, they only do a tequila tasting for about 40 minutes BEFORE the meal. Then they try to sell you overpriced tequila and ask for tips. I do not recommend at all. It would be better to take a little more time and go further away from the city to another distillery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best Tequila tasting experiences I have ever had. The people were informative, friendly and fun. The shots were full and fabulously smooth and the food was excellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been pretty disappointed in the food at our resort but this was fantastic. Tequila was good but the star of the show was our meal. It was hands down the best guacamole I’ve ever had. The shrimp were perfect and even the steak was fairly good and I’m from America where we breath red meat and sweat cows blood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty bad experience. Was reported to be the best distillery in the region. The tour of the distillery was barely 15 mins. You get to try a selection of tequilas then the guide walks you around a small area. The tequilas were pretty good but right after they rush you to the shop and encourage you to buy several bottles. You are then taken and shown whats on offer for lunch. 2-3 choices for meals for 2 starting at 850 pesos and up. The food was mediocre, you get a child's sized portion of rice with meats or fish plus extra charge for anything. You get tortilla chips but guacamole is 150 pesos extra. We ended paying close to 1500 pesos for some meats and 2 drinks. Since there is nothing else close by, you have no choice but to use their facilities. Use due caution and be careful if going. They try to prey tourist groups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant visit, with an entertaining host explaining the process of manufacturing tequila. We also had a tequila tasting that was very good and allowed the guests to check the differences in taste that the aging process adds to the tequila. The restaurant in the property was a bit on the expensive side but the food was very good and service was excellent. Notice that we got there by taking a city tour guided by Emanuel. It is not an easy place to find on your own.
