★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de atención al cliente por lo siguiente: Llevé una bicicleta de ruta (Giant Propel) que llevaba alrededor de 8 meses sin usar. Les pedí que la revisaran y que una vez revisada me comentaran que necesitaba para comenzar a usarla nuevamente, y me dijeron que si era necesario un servicio me avisarían antes de hacerlo con las causas para que yo aceptara porque tienen 3 distintos (lavado, servicio intermedio y completo). Nunca me llamaron, así que yo marqué para pedir el status y me dicen que ya estaba lista, que solo fue lavado y que necesitaban sellador las dos llantas (tubeless). La recogí y Todo bien hasta que después de usar la bici un par de días, se salió todo el sellador (estando parada). Fui nuevamente para que la revisaran y antes siquiera de ver cuál era el problema me dicen que el problema son las llantas (en cuanto puse un pie en la tienda) sin el ni buenas tardes cómo estás, es decir nunca revisaron si fue una mala aplicación del sellador o que yo haya estropeado el rin o que haga ponchado la llanta. Solamente se escudaron diciendo que tenía que cambiar las llantas, pero nunca fueron para decirme eso antes de ponerle sellador o incluso no fueron primero para revisarla y todo de muy mala gana, creo respetuosos, no me dejaban explicarles nada y su opción fue decirme pues pide las llantas nuevas (lo cual voy a hacer en otro lado) y ya con eso no te cobramos el sellador. Creo que nunca entendieron que el problema no era pagar un sellador extra, solo quería que revisaran que había pasado y no enfrentarse con una actitud defensiva. Al final les dije que habían perdido un cliente y literalmente hicieron además de (no nos importa). Espero le sirva mi reseña al dueño, si es que algún día revisa sus opiniones en este medio o cualquier prospecto de cliente y quiera evitar pasar un mal rato. Saludos
 Terrible customer service for the following: I took a road bike (Giant Propel) that hadn't been ridden for about 8 months. I asked them to review it and once it was reviewed, they told me that I needed to start using it again, and they told me that if a service was necessary they would notify me before doing it with the reasons for me to accept because they have 3 different ones (washing, intermediate service and complete). They never called me, so I dialed to ask for the status and they told me that it was ready, that it was only washed and that both tires needed sealing (tubeless). I picked it up and everything was fine until after riding the bike for a couple of days, all the sealant came off (while standing). I went again to have it checked and before even seeing what the problem was they told me that the problem is the tires (as soon as I set foot in the store) without him or good afternoon how are you, that is, they never checked if it was a bad application of the sealant or that I have damaged the rim or caused a flat tire. They only hid themselves by saying that I had to change the tires, but they never went to tell me that before putting sealant on it or they didn't even go first to check it and all very reluctantly, I think they were respectful, they wouldn't let me explain anything to them and their option was to tell me well ask the new tires (which I'm going to do elsewhere) and with that we won't charge you for the sealant. I think they never understood that the problem wasn't paying for extra sealant, I just wanted them to check what had happened and not get defensive. In the end I told them that they had lost a customer and they literally made additions to it (we don't care). I hope my review will be useful to the owner, if one day he reviews his opinions in this medium or any prospective client and wants to avoid having a bad time. Cheers
