They promoted and sold it as luxury apartments.
The finishes are like third and many of the problems I've had, take time to come to fix them and DO NOT FIX. THE PATCHES

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO COMPRES!!! Esta constructora ha hecho un pésimo trabajo. Los acabados son malísimos y te los venden de lujo, se han caído ventanales, todo el edificio se inunda, las instalaciones de gas tienen fugas! La constructora no se ha hecho responsable de nada de las fallas.
DO NOT BUY!!! This construction company has done a lousy job. The finishes are very bad and they are sold to you in luxury, windows have fallen, the whole building is flooded, the gas installations are leaking! The construction company has not been responsible for any of the failures.
