★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuimos hace más de 14 dias a pedir precio de una persiana nueva (reemplazando una qué compramos con ellos originalmente). Amablemente tomaron todos nuestros datos...nombre, teléfono, correo electrónico, etc. Les avisamos qué ya eramos clientes.
Nunca se comunicaron con nosotros. Me da entender que no necesitan a su clientela. Que les siga yendo tan bien qué no necesitan ni una venta más!
Ya pedí la persiana por Amazon...(nunca voy a saber porque nunca nos pelaron en SunDec), probablemente Amazon nos dio mejor precio y la entrega a domicilio llegó en menos de una semana.
We went more than 14 days ago to ask for the price of a new blind (replacing one that we originally bought with them). They kindly took all our data...name, phone, email, etc. We let them know that we were already customers.
They never contacted us. I take it you don't need your clientele. May they continue to do so well that they don't need another sale!
I already ordered the blind from Amazon...(I'll never know because they never cut us at SunDec), Amazon probably gave us a better price and the delivery arrived in less than a week.
