★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una de las peores compras de me vida. Fue robado descaradamente. La promoción de las gafas era de "2 por 1". Usted compra una gafa e gana la otra enteramente gratis. Sin costo.
O que paso es que en letras muy pequeñas sale escrito en el recibo del pago que "no se acepta devoluciones". Pero los vendedores no te explica esa información antes de vender.
Como la iluminación es una iluminación muy débil, no es perceptivo los rasguños en las lentes. Solamente cuando salimos de la tienda e ponemos las gafas contra el sol que conseguimos mirar los rasguños.
Regresé en la tienda, pelo los vendedores, dos chicos muy inmaduros e sin educación, me dijera que no se podría efectuar el cambio. Yo dije que quería hablar con el gerente, pero todavía no tenía gerente.
Como la Sunglass Hut es una franquicia, el website no dispone de un canal para reclamaciones. E no tenemos para quien reclamar.
One of the worst purchases of my life. It was brazenly stolen. The glasses promotion was "2 for 1". You buy one goggle and earn the other completely free. Free of charge.
