La tienda no les dijo el precio ni les dijo que no podían devolverlos. Regresamos y el gerente de la tienda nos dijo que llamáramos al número que figura en el recibo. Pedimos la información del gerente regional y nos dijeron que no. Horrible experiencia. Aprovechando a los niños.
Horrible service. My son and my nephew went to the store to buy glasses. The seller convinced them to buy $ 4,900 pesos. The store didn't tell them the price or tell them they couldn't return them. We went back and the store manager told us to call the number on the receipt. We asked the regional manager for information and they said no. Horrible experience. Taking advantage of children.
