Compré unas gafas Costa en la sucursal de la 5ta avenida y la calle 16 norte, fui atendido de manera excelente por Lucely, tuvo paciencia hasta que decidí que modelo llevar, los felicito por el personal muy amables y simpáticos

Compre 3 pares de gafas de sol, prometen muchas garantías y cambios, no tienen las piezas 100% de impecables y entiendes porque la mayoría están en exhibición, cuando quieres hacer el cambio te dicen que no, que pq la pieza esta reatada, dañada o etc, cuando así los venden!!! así que no crean en su garantías que prometen, los precios están inflados para hacer un “descuento” busquen en páginas oficiales, me arrepentí mucho de haber comprado aquí!! Ni el precio es real

SCAM SCAM SCAM...we purchased sunglasses as a gift at the location on 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen. The associate assured us if they did not fit we could return to any sunglass hut. Meanwhile the associates offered to clean our glasses(offering distraction) while the other associate went to the back to get a "new" pair. Packed it nicely in the case and put it in the bag. We gave the gift once we returned to the resort that evening. Did not fit well around his ears. We were leaving the next morning so figured we would exchange once back in the states. We got to the airport and there was a Sunglass Hut there so while waiting for our flight to leave we went and he chose a new pair. Come to find out the sunglasses we purchased the day before were crooked(no wonder they hurt his ears) and scratched. They refused to exchange the glasses for a new pair. Even though we purchased literally the day before and had our receipt. He never wore them except to try on when he received them. Our family has given sunglass hut lots of service in the US and will not be anymore unless we get this situation worked out! So disappointed that you really do get scammed in Mexico even at a name brand store.

Buyer beware !! Their credit card machine needs to be updated or replaced. They assured me that 2 transactions didn't go through, only the third. After logging in to CC website found I was charged $810.00 for $405.00 purchase. Went back to show them and spent an hour arguing with employees and manager with 0 results. Had to file a dispute with CC company. Use cash if you shop here and save yourself a headache.
