★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de microblading con Sara es bueno, sin embargo el servicio al cliente y programación de cita ha estado deficiente. He batallado muchísimo para hacer la cita de retoque, llevo un mes tratando de coordinarla.
Se tardan días en responderme mensajes. Cuando llamo siempre tienen otra info si es que contestan. Cuando logro programar me llaman de vuelta para cambiarme la cita.
Es la segunda vez que me la tienen que reprogramar.... Así ya no dan ganas de ir. Yo también tengo que mover cosas para reacomodar la cita y mientras tanto el tiempo ideal que sugieren para el retoque se sigue retrasando....
Sara's microblading service is good, however customer service and appointment scheduling has been poor. I have struggled a lot to make the retouching appointment, I have been trying to coordinate it for a month.
It takes days to respond to messages. When I call they always have other information if they answer. When I manage to schedule they call me back to change my appointment.
It is the second time that they have to reschedule it... That way they don't want to go anymore. I also have to move things to rearrange the appointment and meanwhile the ideal time they suggest for the retouching continues to be delayed....
