This wonderful vacation rental  is located just  a 5 minute walk up the beach from La Penita town center, a colorful Mexican town where you can find grocery stores, meat markets, fish stores, restaurants, taco stands, jewelry stores, beauty parlors and ice cream stands.  The Thursday Market is a must and you can buy an array of fresh produce, souvenir items, fresh bread, coffee, honey, clothing, CDs and videos.  There are usually over 100 merchants and stands.  Just a short walk down the beach or an inexpensive taxi ride is the tourist town of Rincon de Guayabitos.  Here you will find party boats, fishing tours, whale watching tours, jet skis, snorkel tours, horseback riding, an assortment of beach vendors and a multitude of restaurants and taco stands.

There are spectacular views of the ocean and the 2 islands as well as the bordering estuary and its wild life. The property is fully secured by privacy walls, beautiful landscaping and has a large heated pool with palapa and BBQ area, ideal for happy hour and a view of the sunset.

After a hard day on the beach, or exploring the area you can sit and listen to the palm trees rustle and let all your worries drift away.
