★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recientemente viajamos con esta agencia por primera vez y no me gustó la experiencia, mala comunicación, tuvimos que preguntar en reiteradas ocasiones el punto de partida hasta que nos dieron respuesta, no se nos dijo cuando regresariamos a la ciudad ni a qué hora. El señor que estuvo en el autobús con nosotros tampoco nos dijo cuando salir del hotel, por lo que tuvimos que estar en constante comunicación con la agencia hasta que nos dieron respuesta. En el regreso a la ciudad se nos dijo que nos dejarían enfrente de donde abordamos el camión. Pedimos servicio de taxi para que nos esperara en dicho lugar porque viajabamos con un niño pequeño y al ser noche no quisimos exponernos. Error. El señor jamás nos dijo que se cambió de ruta, se desviaron más de dos horas y nos querían bajar en un lugar solo y peligroso. Fatal experiencia.
We recently traveled with this agency for the first time and I did not like the experience, poor communication, we had to repeatedly ask the starting point until they gave us an answer, we were not told when we would return to the city or at what time. The man who was on the bus with us also did not tell us when to leave the hotel, so we had to be in constant communication with the agency until they gave us an answer. On the way back to the city we were told that they would drop us off in front of where we boarded the truck. We asked for a taxi service to wait for us in that place because we were traveling with a small child and since it was night we did not want to expose ourselves. Error. The man never told us that he changed route, they went off track for more than two hours and they wanted us to get off in a lonely and dangerous place. Fatal experience.
