Great cleaniness, rooms and rooftops magic place in Tulum

Sunset Tulum is a nice place with a beautiful rooftop view. The room was big and we'll equipped! The all around view into the jungle has something special. Dante cares about his guests and helped us with everything we needed. The kitchen on the rooftop was great for cooking dinner and having nice conversations while watching the beautiful sunset. We didn't used the pool but who needs it when you have the beach in 5 minutes walking distance... :-) When we ever come back to Tulum we will surely come back to Sunset Tulum...

Amazing price, great location, no noise got a great sleep after visiting all the in places of tulum. Big rooms and the matress was fantastic. Over all great expiriance. Would definitely go back.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Well priced. Room was clean and with hot and cold water shower :) fast WiFi in the room. Private and quite (no loud neighboring property playing rave music) ac worked great. Would definitely come back.

Excellent accommodation and location. Sunset Tulum is the top choice while staying in Tulum. The room was clean and equipped with anything you might need. The rooftop has an amazing view and watching the sunset there is a must! The location is great, few steps away from the beach and lots of delicious restaurant close by. We had a memorable vacation at Sunset Tulum and I strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum.

We came from downtown Tulum to stay by the beach for a couple of nights. We were greeted by the concierges parter, Ivo who was a spectacular host, he carried our bags to the room and helped us with any Information and local tips. Although the rooms probably could do with a little extra TLC in certain areas the space was clean, right next to the beach and offers excellent value for money compared to other hotels in the area. We enjoyed spending time on the rooftop terrace which was a very nice touch with beautiful views. Ivo and Dante are what made our trip to sunset house exceptional, they went out of their way to help us which we really appreciate. For the service of the hotel and the downstairs restaurant I would rate 10000/10 these places are immaculately managed. If you can afford to stay by the beach in Tulum I would recommend definitely recommend Sunset. Friendly, honest, genuine people.
