E	EDWARD BELTRAN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tratan de comunicarse contigo a como de lugar, te hacen tres llamadas, si no les contestas te envían mensaje en mayúsculas insistiendo que los atiendas. Después de tanta insistencia decidí escucharlos, te dicen que sin compromiso, al final decidí no tomar los servicios, a lo cual fueron bastantes groseros y desagradables con su comentarios finales... Usualmente no acostumbro a decir o calificar mal a los negocios pero con ese servicio al cliente deja mucho que desear de los servicios que ofrecen They try to communicate with you at any cost, they make three calls, if you don't answer them they send you a message in capital letters insisting that you answer them. After so much insistence I decided to listen to them, they told you that without commitment, in the end I decided not to take the services, to which they were quite rude and unpleasant with their final comments... I usually do not usually say or qualify businesses badly but with that customer service leaves a lot to be desired of the services they offer

After staying at a few of the other resorts in the area on previous trips, Sunset World goes up and above in the service department. The staff is exceptional and the food is awesome. A family owned resort makes a big difference.

We have our trip canceled last year and it was all paid for and now we have to pay alot more and once I finalized everything we'll I thought I get a call saying that the hotel won't have 5 people in the room. But they knew I had 5 people since last year it's in my package. But was ready to charge me 800 for the 5th person. I will be sueing them. I'm not letting them do this too other family.

In the USA, this is called FRAUD; perhaps in Mexico, it seems to be called business. BOOK WITH CAUTION. They will lure you with a great deal/idea, but they will charge hidden fees and require you to waste your time to view their properties. Customer Service rating is also very low, as they may transfer you several times and/or hang up the call.

P	Paula Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were there last week. May 29-June 5, 2021. The staff are amazing. Raphael the beach butler took care of all of our needs and the ones we did not even know e had! Merial was amazing by the pool. Roberto became our close friend as he visited us often with Room Service. We id not have any problems with any staff - they were all friendly and helpful. Disappointed that we we bought in they gave up a sales jobs on the yacht but did not follow through on this piece when we came back for this visit claiming it to be more that $1200 more than we were quoted at the purchase of our plan. Otherwise all is great and we are coming back for the 3rd time in a year this early winter!

You will hooked up with their freebies specially they are very good in giving beautiful words just to sign. When hooked up, Youre done and cant stay away with it. Specially time share! I learnd my lesson and wasted almost 35k CAD. Go somewhere else that doesnt offer anything!
