★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El mejor lugar para entrenar de manera dinámica, divertida y diferente, ha sido el mejor entrenamiento donde vuela el tiempo y trabajamos diferentes grupos musculares, muy atentos y gran relación precio calidad.
Y lo mejor de todo, organizan viajes de surf, y lo que aprendes y entrenas funciona impresionante en la tabla, entonces se convierte en un entrenamiento que puedes aplicar en la vida real surfeando, lo súper recomiendo.
The best place to train in a dynamic, fun and different way, has been the best training where time flies and we work different muscle groups, very attentive and great value for money.
And best of all, they organize surf trips, and what you learn and train works impressive on the board, then it becomes a training that you can apply in real life surfing, I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supa is a jewel in CDMX. The street is usually busy, but there are plenty of street parking spaces in the area. Also, right in front there's a public parking lot. Supa is located in the 3rd floor of the building, as soon as the elevator opens a surfboard hanging on the wall will begin the mood setup for a beach town right in CDMX. The staff, trainers and in general all people going to train are super friendly. At Supa I feel the same vibe of a surf town, relaxed and full of good vibes. The training focuses in different zones of your body depending on the day you go, so it is highly advised to check on the website prior to your visit. The training is super fun since it is done on top of a surfboard, please check the board you pick there are ones set up tight for beginners and others loose to better simulate a real surfboard experience. Music is amazing and really pumps you and pushes you to give it all. Totally worth it!
