Y nunca contestan el telefono y si lo hacen es para transferirte y de hay colgarte
A well-stocked grocery with decent care but not the best. Remember to check your merchandise well because sometimes they do not deliver complete.
And they never answer the phone and if they do it it is to transfer you and you have to hang up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un exelente surtido y precio pero una pésima organización en la entrega de los pedidos,(tardan hasta 4 horas en entregarte tu pedido) los empleados que se encargan de surtir los pedidos pierden mucho tiempo jugando, platicando, fumando etc, y en el área de cajas están igual, también deberían poner micrófono y bocina en cada caja ya que cuando uno realiza el pedido siempre tienen música muy alta las promotoras y casi no se escucha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una lástima que por el mal servicio por parte de las empleadas se vea afectada la reputación de una empresa.
Compro aquí porque no encuentro algunas cosas en el lugar de mi preferencia que es Abarrotera Z, pero venir a este lugar es una terrible experiencia de compra: las señoras que trabajan aquí tienen pésimo carácter, son mal educadas, ni las pinches gracias te dan siendo que gracias a nosotros los clientes ellas tienen empleo.
Les hace mucha falta una buena capacitación y que seleccionen bien al personal que tienen para "atención a clientes" porque parece que es más bien "maltrato a clientes".
Además traen la plática a todo lo que da (entre ellas) y el cliente completamente ignorado.

I buy here because I can't find some things in the place of my preference which is Abarrotera Z, but coming to this place is a terrible shopping experience: the ladies who work here have terrible character, they are badly educated, nor do they give you fucking thanks being That thanks to us the clients have jobs.
They really need good training and that they select well the staff they have for "customer service" because it seems that it is more like "customer abuse."
They also bring the talk to everything they give (between them) and the client completely ignored.
