Lamentablemente aveces se equivocan en lo que te dan.
También hacen ruedos ahí si compras el 70% de los ruedos ahí. Ests bicicleta la armé con piezas de ahí.
Todas las piezas tienen códigos si ves algo que te gusta anota el código y pregunta el precio. Tienen mucho más de lo expuesto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA Y MAL SERVICIO. Hoy, 2 de Marzo del 2022, tuve una pésima experiencia. Esta es la segunda, pues además del mal trato que dan a los clientes (como si estuvieran de mal humor), hay demasiado personal y solo atiende uno mientras los demás miran para surtir el pedido y luego entregar mercancía, esto retrasa demasiado una compra. Pero ese es su organigrama, ni modo.
EL 1 DE MARZO DEL 2022 FUI A COMPRAR UNA MULTIPLICACIÓN Y VENÍA CON DEFECTO DE FÁBRICA EN LOS HILOS DE LAS BIELAS. EL SEÑOR MAYOR, ARGUMENTABA QUE HABÍA SIDO POR UN MAL TRABAJO. LE EXPLIQUÉ QUE SOY CICLISTA DE AÑOS Y QUE ADEMÁS YO VI CUANDO EL TÉCNICO INSTALÓ LA PIEZA. TODO NORMAL, PERO EN CAMINO A CASA MI PEDAL SE CAYÓ Y YA NO HABIA NADA QUE HACER, LA PIEZA ESTABA DAÑADA. EL SEÑOR DE UNA MANERA IRÓNICA ME DIHO QUE ÉL NO ME IBA A RESPONDER POR NADA. LE DIJE QUE PODRÍA VERLO CON SU PROVEEDOR Y QUE ELLOS CHECARAN. INCLUSO EL MECÁNICO FUE A LA TIENDA, PUES EL TALLER ESTÁ A UN LADO (ellos mismos me lo recomendaron). EL MUCHACHO FUE Y LES EXPLICÓ QUE SU PIEZA ESTABA BIEN TRABAJADA Y QUEEMÁS JAMÁS HABÍA TENIDO UN PROBLEMA. EL SEÑOR INCLUSO LLAMÓ A UNA PATRULLA DICIENDO QUE ESTABA ALTERANDO LA TIENDA MIENTRAS ME DECÍA QUE NO LE IMPORTABA DONDE ME QUEJARA LO MÁS QUE PODÍA HACER ERA VENDERME OTRA PIEZA. EL SEÑOR JAMÁS SE PRESTÓ AL DIÁLOGO Y YO ME QUEDÉ CON UNA PIEZA DAÑADA Y SIN MI DINERO.
NO HAY GARANTÍA ALGUNA SOBRE LAS PIEZAS, INCLUSO EL SEÑOR NO LO CHECA NI CON PROVEEDORES, A SU CRITERIO EL DECIDE SI PIERDO MI DINERO O NO.
NO SE LO DESEO A NADIE, PERO JAMÁS RECOMENDARÍA ESA TIENDA AUNQUE TENGA PRECIOS COMPETITIVOS, “LO BARATO SALE CARO”.
Soy un simple consumidor con esta pésima experiencia y sin nadie que me haya podido ayudar. Incluso los patrulleros me corrieron de la tienda porque ellos “cuidan esa zona”.
AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND BAD SERVICE. Today, March 2, 2022, I had a terrible experience. ON MARCH 1, 2022 I WENT TO BUY A GEARBOX AND IT CAME WITH A FACTORY DEFECT IN THE CRANK THREADS. THE ELDERLY MAN ARGUED THAT IT HAD BEEN BECAUSE OF A BAD JOB. I EXPLAINED THAT I HAVE BEEN A CYCLIST FOR YEARS AND ALSO I SAW WHEN THE TECHNICIAN INSTALLED THE PART. EVERYTHING NORMAL, BUT ON THE WAY HOME MY PEDAL FELL OFF AND THERE WAS NOTHING TO DO, THE PART WAS DAMAGED. THE LORD IN AN IRONIC WAY TOLD ME THAT HE WAS NOT GOING TO ANSWER ME FOR ANYTHING. I TOLD HIM HE COULD SEE IT WITH HIS PROVIDER AND HAVE THEM CHECK IT OUT. EVEN THE MECHANIC WENT TO THE STORE, BECAUSE THE WORKSHOP IS NEXT TO THE SIDE (they themselves recommended it to me). THE BOY WENT AND EXPLAINED THAT HIS PIECE WAS WELL WORKED ON AND THAT HE HAD NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. THE LORD EVEN CALLED A PATROL SAYING HE WAS DISTURBING THE STORE WHILE TELLING ME HE DIDN'T CARE WHERE I COMPLAINED THE MOST HE COULD DO WAS SELL ME ANOTHER PIECE. THE LORD NEVER BROUGHT TO THE DIALOGUE AND I WAS LEFT WITH A DAMAGED PIECE AND WITHOUT MY MONEY.
THERE IS NO WARRANTY ON THE PARTS, EVEN THE LORD DOES NOT CHECK IT NOR WITH SUPPLIERS, AT HIS CRITERIA HE DECIDES IF I LOSE MY MONEY OR NOT.
I WOULD NOT WISH IT ON ANYONE, BUT I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THAT STORE EVEN IF IT HAS COMPETITIVE PRICES, “CHEAP IS EXPENSIVE”.
I am a simple consumer with this terrible experience and without anyone who has been able to help me. The patrolmen even kicked me out of the store because they "take care of that area."
