Y por si esto fuera poco, su portal de facturación está fuera de servicio y no contestan ni teléfonos ni correos electrónicos; por lo que es imposible emitir tu factura. Como dijeron en otro comentario, es un vil robo. Mejor hay que denunciar. The state of the road is terrible, better they should pay us to travel on it. Nisiquiera debería de ser carretera de cuota, esta pésima. These people don't care if they get zero stars, they never answer the phone and you have to make sure of the bills on the spot ... La pagina para facturación esta fuera de servicio, no se puede resolver nada si no es yendo físicamente a la oficina. El estado de la carretera es fatal para el costo de la tarifa, comparada con otras autopistas de similar costo, esta muy por debajo de lo que debe ser una buena autopista. The phones are fancy, they never answer! The billing page is out of order, nothing can be resolved if it is not physically going to the office. The condition of the road is fatal for the cost of the fare, compared to other highways of similar cost, it is far below what a good highway should be.
