Fui el día que me tocaba refrendar o retirar el artículo , pero estaba cerrado por la semana santa Y estoy segura que algún trabajador de la empresa se quedó con mi artículo, por esa razón lo sacaron a la venta. Estoy muy molesta por qué nunca me contactaron y la mujer que me atendió dijo que si me marco. Pero nunca lo hizo.
 I lost my pawn and they put the item up for sale and never contacted me.
