★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sé si el personal no está capacitado o tienen un sistema de facturación muy malo, hice 2 compras, me enviaron una sola factura, la segunda factura no me la enviaron y argumentan que el sistema no puede reenviarme la copia, hice la compra pensando que me iban a apoyar con la factura para para declararla como un gasto y no lo hicieron, la señorita que atendió jamás me ayudó para que me genera la segunda factura
I do not know if the staff is not trained or they have a very bad billing system, I made 2 purchases, they sent me a single invoice, the second invoice was not sent to me and they argue that the system cannot resend me the copy, I made the purchase thinking that They were going to support me with the invoice to declare it as an expense and they did not, the lady who attended never helped me to generate the second invoice
