★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena experiencia, el personal nos atendió muy bien y rápido, nunca fueron "vendedores hostigosos", siempre dieron el espacio para poder probar los colchones y pensar que sería mejor. La persona que nos atendió fue Leticia la cual hizo el proceso de elección más fácil, simplemente le dijimos que estábamos buscando y en base a eso nos mostró colchones de diferentes marcas y precios. Al final compramos un colchón de la marca Sealy, está genial, hemos dormido como nunca.
Hicimos la compra un Domingo al medio día y entregaron el colchón el Martes.
Very good experience, the staff attended us very well and quickly, they were never "harassing salesmen", they always gave the space to be able to test the mattresses and think that it would be better. The person who attended us was Leticia, who made the selection process easier, we simply told her what we were looking for and based on that she showed us mattresses of different brands and prices. In the end we bought a Sealy brand mattress, it's great, we've slept like never before.
We did the shopping on a Sunday at noon and the mattress was delivered on Tuesday.
