No sé si porque era sábado en la tarde y ya se quería ir la srita pero no me atendió adecuadamente no me mostró nada ni dio información relevante para poder decidir qué colchón comprar inmediatamente me fui porque no animaba a comprar ni interés mostró. Pésimo que en dos sucursales de súper colchones me tope la atención así tan nefasta.
Terrible attention. I do not know if because it was Saturday afternoon and the lady wanted to go but she did not take care of me properly, she did not show me anything or gave relevant information to decide which mattress to buy immediately, I left because she did not encourage buying or showed interest. Terrible that in two branches of super mattresses, my attention is so bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entre a la tienda y enseguida me atendieron. Pedí un colchón que no sobrepasará los 10,000 pesos y me mostraron 4 colchones de diferentes marcas con box incluído. Compré un spring air y me dijeron que al tercer día me lo entregaban y así fue .
Para mí , un excelente servicio
I went into the store and they took care of me right away. I asked for a mattress that will not exceed 10,000 pesos and they showed me 4 mattresses of different brands with box included. I bought a spring air and they told me that on the third day they would deliver it to me and they did.
