Aun despues de entregar 2 semanas tarde de la fecha acordada, me entero que la señora que realizo la venta no puso las compra a meses sin intereses como acordamos. Peor lugar, nunca habia tenido tanto estrés. Compren en otro lugar si se quieren evitar horas en el telefono esperando a que alguien te atienda y que ni te solucionen el problema. The worst place, horrible attention. Comprar algun producto es fácil, las sucursales muy lindas y bien ubicadas, pero la entrega! es pésima! tardaron mucho mucho tiempo más de la semana, me trajeron esperando durante días enteros en mi casa y a la hora de la hora no entregaban, su bodega se encuentra lejos y por política no te pueden cambiar el domicilio de entrega, tampoco avisan con la anticipación que mencionan de 1 hora o 1 hora y media. No compren en este lugar , existen por precios más accesibles otros lugares con tiempos de entrega reales y mejores. By far the worst customer service I have received. Buying a product is easy, very nice and well-located branches, but delivery! It is terrible!
