Diciendo es que no se por que no llego, ni por que no le marcan es otra area el supervisor llega a las 11 los de entregas a la 1 hay te hablan para que vayan y si no contestas ya hasta el otro dia y ps es horario abierto asi que aguantate. Eviten comprar aqui, no son formales con los pedidos, pareciera que tienen excelentes precios pero con todo el tiempo que te hacen perder no lo vale. Atención a Clientes son unos estadadores, no entregan los pedidos a tiempo, te intentan compensar con algo y acaban por no entregarlo Bad customer service. Seriously PESIMA. La sra que atendía estaba muy sentadita y al verme entrar y preguntarle se paró y me dijo que de esos colchones no vendían, que tooodos eran altos (cosa que no es cierto porque luego compré en otra sucursal) poco a poco se fue caminando hacia la puerta y haciendo presión se paró ahí hasta que me saliera. Luego cerró la puerta para que nadie más entrara. Terrible service, I arrived at 6:40 to ask for some not so high mattresses. En cuanto a la entrega todo estuvo perfecto, te hablan 2 días antes para confirmar que haya alguien ese día y aun con esa confirmación el día de la entrega te vuelven a marcar. Según me habían dicho en la tienda debía esperar esa segunda llamada de 45 min a una hora antes de la entrega pero en mi caso llegaron en 20 min cosa que se agradece. La instalación la hicieron con cuidado pero a la vez muy ágil, te arman todo si lo deseas y se llevan los empaques. Al tu entregar los ticket de la tienda te entregan la factura necesaria para que puedas reclamar la garantía en caso necesario. Ampliamente recomendado.
