Wrong, I have pending the change of a mattress for 2 months, because they sent me a mattress that was not in the conditions that they showed me in the store and to date I am still waiting and they no longer answer me at the factory and at the store they tell me what can not do anything that the warranty is only the manufacturer SPRING AIR.??

Very good service, and good prices. I bought 2 spring air mattresses at a very good price, even better than the outlet. Home delivery and free of charge, I recommend it.

La atención al cliente (personal de tienda) muy bien. Lamentable el servicio de bodega y entrega a domicilio.
Terrible service for delivery of merchandise. I've been there for three weeks and it hasn't arrived yet I would think twice before making the purchase in that place.
Customer service (store staff) very good. Unfortunately the warehouse and home delivery service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Se retrasaron demasiado en entregarme mi colchón y decidí cancelarlo. Duran 30 días hábiles en depositarte tu dinero. La vendedora muy rara la vez te quiere contestar por whatsapp.
Terrible service. They took too long to deliver my mattress and I decided to cancel it. They take 30 business days to deposit your money. The saleswoman very rarely wants to answer you on WhatsApp.
