Muy buenos colchones pero muy mal servicio solo por eso no compre. Le dije que iría a ver otras opciones y se me puso al tu por tu. Así que no compré nada. Muy buen colchon, la reseña va más orientada con el servicio de la sucursal, de los vendedores, o al menos la mujer que me tocó de vendedora. Como lo ven "joven" a uno, pues de perdido 3 veces me percaté que intentó aplicar estrategias de venta algo forzada, para la situación. Con argumentos para mi percepción poco creíbles, que los colchones iban a agotarse por un líquido especial etc etc etc. Empujando definitivamente a hacer la compra en el momento, uno como consumidor pues analiza opciones, y le gusta escuchar sobre las características del producto, ventajas y desventajas entre modelos etc. Además que le pedí modelos que cumplan la función sin ser ostentosos, y pues te intentan vender lo más caro de entrada me di cuenta.....como si fueran tiempos compartidos.....y pues le hacen perder el tiempo a uno. O comentarios como "pues es que ya te enseñé esos 5 modelos....." si no le gusta explicar o mostrar modelos pues simplemente no me hubiera recibido en la puerta, yo ni si quiera la pedí, y me hubiera sentido más cómodo dándome la vuelta en la tienda, checando los modelos y comparando precios..... Ese mismo día, acudí a otra sucursal en Benito Juárez en Guadalupe porque, realmente la actitud de la persona dejó demasiado demasiado que desear. Y...sonara increíble pero.....el chavo llamado Carlos en aquella sucursal muy profesional, una actitud totalmente diferente, como cliente pues uno es lo que espera (y eso que no soy un cliente latoso de esos que andan 2 horas y no compran nada, para nada).... Total, compre un colchón en la otra sucursal, me sentí satisfecho con el servicio y el producto. I bought a mattress here 7 years ago. That same day, I went to another branch in Benito Juárez in Guadalupe because, really, the attitude of the person left too much to be desired. And ... it sounds incredible but ..... the guy named Carlos in that very professional branch, a totally different attitude, as a customer because one is what he expects (and I'm not a pesky customer of those who walk 2 hours and they don't buy anything at all) ... Overall, I bought a mattress at the other branch, I was satisfied with the service and the product.
