El vendedor Carlos Alvarez Gomez me mintio en el sistema de entrega y termine cancelando, ademas Nayelly de atencion al cliente (de voz ronca) es pésima y muy mala atención y el fletero que me daria mi entrega tiene un ego muy alto. Y yo como cliente no pude hacer ninguna queja formal.
Do not buy on Super mattresses, I had a bad experience. The seller Carlos Alvarez Gomez lied to me in the delivery system and ended up canceling, plus Nayelly customer service (hoarse voice) is terrible and very bad attention and the driver that I would give my delivery has a very high ego. And I as a client could not make any formal complaint.
