★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me quedo con una mala experiencia, primero no me pusieron el costo a 6meses sin intereses, después que no incluye box, les pido que lo cancelen y me dicen que si pero que hay una cláusula que te quitan el 15% por cancelar, ósea, total lo cambie por otro pero mala experiencia, consejo: lean bien y pregunten todo porque no te lo aclaran las vendedoras?♂️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención de las vendedora pero desgraciadamente su servicio post-venta deja mucho que desear desde agosto del año pasado que estoy revisando una garantía de un colchón y la Sra. Leslie Mata ni sus luces nunca he podido hablar con ella siempre esta en juntas o nunca se encuentra en la oficina. Fue el personal a revisar mi colchón pero de ahí en adelante puras excusas que el proveedor no da respuesta y que les reenvían el correo y siempre juran que me van a llamar para tenerme al tanto de la situación y es mentira nunca me regresan la llamada tengan cuidado con las garantías de ese lugar es triste porque el vendedor hace su esfuerzo de venta pero por desgracia su servicio después es deplorable.
