★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio el de la sucursal de santa fe aparte de careros y lentos lleve una bolsa a que me la repararan y me querian cobrar $3000 pesos por una reparacion el señor que las repara que ademas ya es una persona de la tercera edad y creo ya ni ve muy despota me dise le cobro 3000 pesos y se la tengo en un mes en santa fe no todos somos de dinero tambien avemos gente clase media

La actitud del encargado, ya una persona adulta, te responde como si si hiciese un favor, cuando en realidad pagas lo q sea por un buen trabajo.
Primero prometen un trabajo garantizado, prometen trabajo estupendo, prometen cuidar el mínimo detalle, y nada.
0% no recomendable, la sucursal de miramontes.
Acá entre nos... Trabajan mejor los zapateros ambulantes, no solo te sorprenden, sino q también te garantizan el trabajo.
Cuidado con esta sucursal...al parecer trabajan x trabajar, no porque hagan un buen trabajo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El precio accesible y el servicio rápido. El problema es que no prestan atención al detalle, llevé un zapato a pegar de una suela y la pegaron chueca (funcional finalmente). Te saca del apuro, pero si tienes una opción de confianza, mejor ir con tiempo a otro lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La nueva señora es más amable pero el zapatero que trabaja los sábados es un inepto, hace una semana me "arregló" unas tapas que se despegaron a la semana, el güey estaba al teléfono mientras "trabajaba" , hoy 28-12-19 el mismo güey me puso unos protectores de tacón , le pedí grandes y puso chicos y además dejó toda la suela llena de pegamento , los zapatos son nuevos y los ensució , ese zapatero es un verdadero incompetente , además sus precios últimamente son más altos que en otras sucursales, $60 por protectores plásticos que hace poco costaban menos de $40 y en el centro cuestan $38 .
Pésimo lugar y pésimo zapatero, no volveré , era algo muy simple y lo arruinó, el tipo es un completo idiota.

Se habrían ganado las cinco estrellas si no hubiera sido porque uno de los cinco pares que dejamos no estaba cosido derecho de la punta. No obstante, el trabajo tiene garantía.
They work fast and well: they even have express service and chairs for the customer to wait. They are a whole team of people with specialized machinery. Reasonable prices.
They would have won the five stars if it had not been because one of the five pairs we left was not sewn straight from the tip. However, work is guaranteed.
