★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé tenis martes 27, entregarian plantillas de piel pintadas el miércoles 28. Decidí ir hoy jueves 1de marzo para darles más tiempo. Llegué a las 6 pm.a recogerlos. Sorpresa!!! A la encargada se le había olvidado dárselos al reparador. Había dejado la mitad.
Me los traje sin arreglarlos. Me regresaron mi dinero. Por si actitud, les valió madres...mientras reciban su salario no les importa dar pésimo servicio. Cada vez están peor.
 I wore tennis shoes on Tuesday the 27th, they would deliver painted leather insoles on Wednesday the 28th. I decided to go today Thursday March 1st to give them more time. I arrived at 6pm to pick them up. Surprise!!! The manager had forgotten to give them to the repairman. He had left half.
I brought them without fixing them. They gave me my money back. For their attitude, it was worth them mothers ... as long as they receive their salary they don't mind giving lousy service. They are getting worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima calidad en el trabajo realizado, son cochinos, dejan el zapato lleno de restos de los productos que usan para repararlos. No lo recomiendo, además de que la recepcionista tiene mala actitud, al igual que los reparadores. Y el precio es muy alto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y cobran muy caro. Nunca entregan a tiempo. Dos veces que he solicitado reparación de algún objeto lo hacen en ese momento, no se para que ponen fecha de entrega sino la respetan. No vuelvo.
Terrible service and charge very expensive. They never deliver on time. Twice I have requested repair of some object they do it at that time, I do not know why they put delivery date but respect it. I won't be back
