★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doy ni una estrella, en verdad deberían cerrar este lugar, toda mi despensa que compré estaba podrido enlatados y ketchup los abrí y con gusanos, el jamón, queso y demás al siguiente día ya estaba podrido y según te dan un tiempo de caducidad eso es mentira al día siguiente ya no servía nada, ni yogurth nada, pollo y todo eso ya no servía puras porquerías resagadas que tienen allí el pan de hace semanas duro, horrible!!
Debería ir profeco a ese lugar...
No vayan en verdad!!
 I do not give a single star, they really should close this place, all my pantry that I bought was rotten canned and ketchup I opened them and with worms, the ham, cheese and others the next day it was already rotten and according to they give you an expiration time that It is a lie the next day it no longer served anything, no yogurt, chicken and all that it no longer served pure leftover crap that has the bread from weeks ago hard, horrible !!
I should go propheco to that place ...
Don't really go !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo bueno: existe variedad y marcas que solo se encuentran ahí comparado con las tiendas de la zona
Lo malo: las cajas, son realmente lentos para el cobro, es difícil encontrar más de 2 cajas abiertas aunque normalmente solo hay una, el empaquetado es lento y deficiente (es común encontrar mezcla de alimentos con productos de limpieza), hay que estar pendientes del monitor ya que en ocasiones los precios no corresponden a la etiqueta o los cajeros realizan cobros dobles. En caso de alguna desviación o problema se detiene el cobro y hay que esperar a que se solucione...no manejan flujos alternos
Lo peor: atención a clientes...he visto lugares con mala atención, pero super kompras es peor que la media en mi experiencia. Para complementar hay un cajero banamex pero mucha inseguridad en la zona

The worst: customer service ... I've seen places with poor service, but super kompras is worse than average in my experience. To complement there is a Banamex ATM but a lot of insecurity in the area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mall rato que nos hicieron pasar, compramos 8 paquetes de jarrito y la cajera nos cobro 9, pensamos que era por la variedad de sabores, ya cuando salimos y los subimos a la camioneta, nos percatamos del ticket que eran 9 paquetes, y regresamos y el policía nos mandó con otra persona y este con el gerente, y al final la gerente nos dijo que si nos quería que regresara el dinero en efectivo, o nos daba el producto, pues optamos por el producto, a también para esto hicieron que fuera otro persona a supervisar la camioneta y verificar que no había producto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta un tanto descuidado el lugar, sus baños están un tanto fuera de servicio. Pero fuera de ello encuentras productos que en otros supermercados no, en precios en algunos productos es mejor. La ventana de esta sucursal no encuentras mucha gente y en las cajas son rápidas. Una desventaja grande es el estacionamiento, puesto que no hay un orden en las filas a veces hay tres autos y encierran uno para salir. No respetan los cajones especiales así mismo de la tienda tienen un carrito parado ahí.
The place is somewhat neglected, its bathrooms are somewhat out of order. But outside of this you find products that other supermarkets do not, in prices in some products is better. The window of this branch you do not find many people and the boxes are fast. A big disadvantage is parking, since there is no order in the lines sometimes there are three cars and they lock one to get out. They do not respect the special drawers likewise in the store they have a cart standing there.
