Cada que tengo la oportunidad de comerme uno, lo disfruto como si fuera la primera vez. Son unos lonches de carnitas de puerco, que están hechos en un pan regional que es suave, con un toque de dulce y salado a la vez, en el que primero le ponen una mínima cantidad de mayonesa pá que pinte, seguido de una abundante porción de aguacate que sirve de cama para las deliciosas carnitas de puerco que rebanan enfrente de ti, y por último, se le pone su chile jalapeño, junto con el vinagre que suelta el chile al cortarlo, cebolla, tomate y sal. Pero esperen, ¡Aún no se lo coman! No sin antes escoger un buen chile fresco de los que te ponen en una bandeja para elegir, y ahora sí, amigos míos, podrán disfrutar de su Súper Lonche con mordida de chile en cada bocado, ¡Cómo debe de ser, pues! ¡Buen provecho, raza! They don't know how delicious a Super Lunch is! Since I was a child I tried the first, I was delighted, and now as an adult not to mention. Every time I get a chance to eat one, I enjoy it like it's the first time. They are a few slices of pork carnitas, which are made in a regional bread that is soft, with a touch of sweet and salty at the same time, in which they first put a minimal amount of mayonnaise for paint, followed by a generous portion avocado that serves as a bed for the delicious pork carnitas that are sliced in front of you, and finally, you add your jalapeño pepper, along with the vinegar that the chili releases when cutting it, onion, tomato and salt. But wait, don't eat it yet! Not without first choosing a good fresh chili from those that put you on a tray to choose from, and now yes, my friends, you can enjoy your Super Lonche with a bite of chili in each bite, how it should be, then!
