Today they left to give me around 4, I left my business at 7 and they never arrived, they told me 2 times at different times that they were already there. but I think they were on their knees because 3 hours later and they did not appear. My orders I made a day before and they always have an excuse not to deliver on time. They always say they had a mishap with the truck. but when you make a deal with them, they say that they adapt to your schedule. deliver at the time they want.

Last Monday is dirty, I was really surprised, a mop down the vegetables dirty dry ugly. This time the apples were dry and the price was more than 40, I stopped waiting for the papayas to ripen, they are still hard as I bought them, and now ugly. They have always had 3 types of tomatoes and none works. They are green balls without water, taste and smell. Price between 25 and 30 / kg. And we are in full season! The fruit section is increasingly disappointing with a large number of obviously expensive imported products. The rest is good luckily and not particularly cheap. I no longer buy basic things there such as banana (green or completely black), tomato, avocado, cucumbers (dry bitter and with brown, hollow or super watery parts) and I think it will be the same with lettuce: 19 pesos with less than 30 leaves redeemable (the best I found today). It is to wonder if the important thing is the logistics with the suppliers instead of the client leaving happy ... Wouldn't it be possible to make agreements with small local producers for some products? It would be a boost to the local economy, a great gesture for ecology (the carbon footprint would be reduced by not bringing product from afar), a way to differentiate itself from other stores and above all: happy customers ...

The prices are very good, sometimes the fruits or vegetables are not in the best condition, I let it pass, but the only thing that has happened to me several times is that when I ask for eggs they tell me yes but they never give them to me and The last one we put bananas to be charged and they did not charge it, but I do not know how they do that they did not put it either. How in bad taste to realize whenever I arrived that I am missing something. It would be the last straw that one has to be checking before leaving that everything is. Instead of them paying more attention to what you put them on the counter or ask for. You leave work tired enough to have to worry about those things.
