★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy fui a la tienda a comprar aguas minerales y salí a las 17:54 me mandaron de mi trabajo y pues me regrese, me equivoqué y regrese para que me las cambiarán y una chica me dijo que claro me las podían cambiar, fuimos a los refrigeradores y después un chico se portó muy grosero diciéndome que "Sí tenemos pero no te las podemos cambiar" lo cual me molesto por que yo les compro casi diario y nunca les he faltado al respeto, lo mínimo que debo recibir es ese mismo respeto.
Today I went to the store to buy mineral waters and I left at 5:54 p.m. they sent me from my job and then I returned, I made a mistake and returned so that they would change them and a girl told me that of course they could change them, we went to the refrigerators and later a boy was very rude telling me that "Yes we have but we cannot change them" which annoys me because I buy them almost daily and I have never disrespected them, the least I should receive is that same respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio al cliente es pésimo, los empleados miran como batalla uno para sacar cosas de los refrigeradores y no te ayudan, hay muchos empleados(a) ahí parados, la verdad no entiendo para que están ahí. Principalmente un jotito que atiende ahí, es el peor de todos.
The customer service is terrible, the employees see you as a battle to get things out of the refrigerators and they don't help you, there are many employees standing there, I really don't understand what they are there for. Mainly a jotito who attends there, is the worst of all.
