Mal servicio, pésima atención al cliente.... Sí encontré tanque que en otros lados por el momento estaban agotados obvio con su respectivo precio SUPER ELEVADO, como era de esperarse y ese no fue el problema puesto que yo acepte a comprarlo así por la emergencia... El tema es que al solicitar factura acatando a las reglas que ponen para que te puedan enviar una simple factura y teniendo en cuenta en que son muy claros al decir "No emiten facturas fuera del mes"... te dicen que ellos tienen hasta el último día del mes para enviarla que no es necesario estar marcando, llega el último día del mes y no mandan nada... Marque para preguntar por mi factura y de la manera mas déspota y grosera me dicen que vuelva a enviar el correo (mismo que no "pueden" confirmar que les halla llegado) y que vuelva a esperar ahora 5 días más que ellos se ponen en contacto por correo y como era de esperarse me colgaron me dejaron con la palabra en la boca ... Entonces en donde quedo su leyenda clara... "No emiten facturas fuera del mes" solo aplica cuando ellos quieran, o es para que uno se desespere y ya no la solicite y de esa menera eviten facturar??? No es manera de atender a un cliente y me queda muy claro que con empresas no tienen la capacidad de trabajar

Mal servicio, prepotentes No recomendables, no pueden probar que realizaron el servicio a un concentrador, cuando ni siquiera conocen que hay un filtro interno que hay que cambiar, y se portan groseros cuando uno les cuestiona. Porque no dan certeza de lo que hacen. Exijan su hoja de servicio y que le revisan y que piezas sustituyen. Quieren que pague por una penalización que es realmente injusta, comentaron que pasarían por un concentrador de oxigeno el día viernes, se les estuvo esperando durante la mañana hasta las 2 pm. y llegaron cerca de las 3pm argumentando que no tienen un horario de recolección cuando uno si tiene un horario de trabajo con el cual cumplir, por ende no se pudo entregar ese día, por lo cual se acordó que fuera al día siguiente. Pero ahora quieren que pague una penalización, lo cual es totalmente injusto, el concentrador ya se entregó, pero no me quieren regresar la documentación y el pagaré, la señorita que te atiende por teléfono no entiende de razones y te cuelga, es grosera, prepotentes y no entiende de razones, se me hace muy abusivo de su parte este tipo de acciones.

No me regresan el depósito aún cuando la profeco y las instituciones bancarias a las que acudí dicen que sus argumentos de hacer por ley el depósito exclusivamente en la tarjeta de débito con la que se pagó es totalmente falso, me refiere la profeco que si hubiera voluntad por medio de transferencia pueden regresar el depósito a la cuenta que ampara la misma tarjeta, sin embargo no se puede hablar con la empleada que es prepotente, grosera, no entiende razones, está cegada y negada, no quiso leer los documentos, no proporcionan el dato del responsable que creo sería la persona indicada para entablar una conversación razonable. Finalmente se quedarán con el deposito y entre varios casos que he leído en los comentarios veo que es es su forma de proceder. Que lamentable que lucren con la necesidad de la gente.

No se los recomiendo,lleve dos tanques portátiles a recarga de oxígeno y uno me lo dieron vacío y el otro a medias,son bien transas!!!....

No me llenaron el tanque completo, tuve que reclamar. Las facturas nunca me las mandaron, piden fotos d los tickets y los envié varias veces en diferentes formatos y me dicen que no pueden verlos, no me puede contestar nadie d facturación x q es enorme su empresa
