He comprado en varios de estos centros en CdMx y centro de Toluca y en especial este súper deja mucho que desear, con respecto a otros, compro las arracadas con ajonjolí y siempre tienen máximo 3 bolsas siempre rotas. No tienen siempre todos los productos y la verdad deja mucho que desear la atención a clientes. En otras sucursales tienen un excelente servicio, una vez olvidé mi membresía en mi casa y muy amablemente, me buscaron en la base de datos y aplicaron el descuento; es más no sabía que era una cadena y ahí pude volver a renovar mi membresía. Ese es una excelente atención a clientes ? ; hasta Sam's si te identificas y olvidaste tu membresía, te dejan pasar con tu nombre. Ni que tuvieran la afluencia de Sam's
Terrible management attention. I have bought in several of these centers in CdMx and downtown Toluca and especially this supermarket leaves much to be desired, compared to others, I buy the arracadas with sesame seeds and they always have a maximum of 3 bags always broken. They do not always have all the products and the truth is that customer service leaves a lot to be desired. In other branches they have an excellent service, once I forgot my membership at home and very kindly, they looked me up in the database and applied the discount; What's more, I didn't know it was a chain and there I was able to renew my membership.
