Mal servicio, el buen servicio también lo es que el cliente se sienta cómodo al comprar si no es así el cliente ya no busca más productos que comprar solo el que se necesita y ya por la incomodidad que representa entrar a esta tienda (y todavía te preguntan si vas a llevar algo más )
