En otras sucursales nunca me habían negado eso. De hecho, le comenté que en otras ocasiones me habían hecho el descuento sin mostrar la tarjeta, y me preguntó que si ocurrió en esa sucursal; como soy honesto, le respondí que no, que fue en otras. Entonces, si yo fuera un mentiroso y le hubiera respondido que sí había sido en su sucursal, ¿me habría hecho el descuento? ¿Qué lógica hay en eso?
Se entiende que es necesario el código de barras de la tarjeta, pero entonces, ¿por qué en otras sucursales sí han podido tener la cortesía?
Deberían poder buscar al asociado en el sistema por nombre y, si es necesario, pedir identificación para corroborarlo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ increible que cuando vayas a caja a pagar te digan que no tienen cambio de una compra de 53 pesos , pagando con un billete se 100 pesos.... increible que haya 5 personas solo echando relajo atras de la tienda y que ninguna pueda ir a los bancos de al lado a conseguir cambio.... prefieren que no compres nada a tener que ir a cambiar

Lo malo es que no hay una base de datos donde tengan tu información en caso de que no lleves tu tarjeta de membresía, cada que renuevas tu membresía te vuelven a tomar todos tus datos.
