Después de pagarlo, y todavía delante de la cajera lo abrí y venía estrellado del lado que no se veía inicialmente. La pedí a la señorita la reposición del producto. Llamó al encargado de la tienda quien se negó a cambiarlo afirmando que no tenían y que tampoco me devolvería el dinero. Es una pena que engañen a la gente
Today I bought a Zahal natural crystal deodorant. I was struck that the product was no longer sealed, just stapled to the cardboard. After paying it, and still in front of the cashier I opened it and it came crashed from the side that was not seen initially. I asked the lady to replace the product. He called the store manager who refused to change it stating that they didn't have it and that he wouldn't give me the money back either. It's a shame that people are fooled
