★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El armazón se rompió y la graduación que me pusieron era errónea, me tardaron una semana porque dijeron que me tenía que acostumbrar y no se más, al final me dijeron que si están con un error por parte de ellos. Pérdida de tiempo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una verdadera porquería de óptica, no tienen teléfonos activos y los que están no están disponibles; además de que ninguna de las sucursales tiene contacto entre ninguna de ellas lo cual es deplorable ya que en palabras mismas de los empleados "A las sucursales les cortan el teléfono" por lo que no se puede uno comunicar con ellas, siendo la matriz la de mayor importancia. Deleznable, ahora se sabe porque se tiene tan asqueroso servicio si ni sus cuentas telefónicas pagan, habla de la calidad y compromiso de la empresa
