Compré dos cafés (entre otras cosas): uno mediano y uno grande, y ambos me los cobraron como grandes. Al percatarme del cobro, fuí con la señorita de la caja y su argumento fue que el cobro se hizo porque se derramó un poco de café (que precisamente para eso está la charola); y ésto lo hacen de manera abusiva y arbitraria, puesto que no avisan ni advierten del cobro. Se toma la libertad de hacer cobros extra sin dar explicaciones, no tienen siquiera un letrerito cerca de la máquina dando ese aviso, y ya se imaginarán la actitud de la cajera.
Así que cuando compren en éste lugar, sería bueno que revisen sus tickets, no vaya a ser que le estén cobrando demás.

I bought two coffees (among other things): one medium and one large, and they both charged me as large. When I realized the charge, I went with the lady from the box and her argument was that the charge was made because a little coffee was spilled (which is precisely what the tray is for); and this they do in an abusive and arbitrary way, since they do not warn or warn of the charge. They take the liberty of making extra charges without giving explanations, they don't even have a sign near the machine giving that warning, and you can imagine the attitude of the cashier.
So when you buy in this place, it would be good to check your tickets, it is not going to be that they are charging you too much.
