The tamales are delicious. My only recommendation would be that for the sweet tamales they should also be made with raisins and not just with cream.

Fue una de los métodos sencillos de cocción del maíz.
Representa a Puebla, actualmente es uno de los platillos que más consumimos, esta hecho de maíz que también es importante en nuestra cultura.
Es una masa de maíz cocida envuelta en hojas de la mazorca, pueden llevar o no relleno, puede contener carne, vegetales, etc.
Es uno de los mejores platillos, siempre los andamos comiendo, el relleno es de "guisados" que de igual forma son representativos, vale la pena probarlos
