Comprendo la parte de que era una persona mayor y la posible falta de capacitación al respecto, pero la responsabilidad del dueño no puede ser omitida.

Buenas tardes, la sucursal es en Santa Bárbara por el puente, como expliqué: tardaron aproximadamente una hora en preparar la torta que solicité y los empleados con una cara de fastidio que inspira desconfianza. Pienso que si no les gusta el servicio al público, quizá ese no sea su lugar además de afectar al negocio.
