★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención de primera con los animalitos, muy buena atención médica, gente súper capaz en su trabajo, de verdad los recomiendo, justo el día de hoy que redacto está opinión, me salvaron a una perrita que estaba muy grave, fue una operación de emergencia, pero pudieron salvarla, a cualquiera que tenga una urgencia puede llevar a su mascota a esta clínica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona de recepción es inhumana, y fue grosero, poco profesional y negligente. Acabo de ir con mi novia con nuestro perrito muy grave y en estado de emergencia, y no nos quiso recibir. Nos informó que no atienden emergencias y que no había personal, a pesar de que todavía había un doctor atendiendo y aun no cerraban. Además se señala que la veterinaria atienden urgencias las 24 hrs pero no hagan caso eso es falso. Si no es por la veterinaria de al lado no se que hubieramos hecho. La última vez que fui también fueron muy groseros, tiene muy mal trato la persona de recepción. Da terrible imagine a la veterinaria

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been readIng lots of bad reviews (well that and some people have shared their previous experienced with me in the past) and I didn't think too much of it until I tried to take my cat there. It is true that they constantly bash the vets next door for and I quote "not being professional" amongst other things (in fact, they used to have a sign pointing to their next door neighbors that read "it's not the same care", which is beyond unprofessional). These guys also tend to brag about being in UNAM or something like that (but quite frankly they don't need to, they are too egocentric and smug, almost as if everyone else is beneath them so you can tell where these guys came from) as if that made them superior despite all the evidence of the opposite being the case.
I'm not gonna tell anyone where to take their pets or where not to take them (unless explicitly asked of course) but I'm sure as hell I'm not taking them here. Even if the service wasn't nearly as bad their egocentric and smug employees are a huge turn off since it's quite evident they are overcompensating.
