★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola buen día hoy estuve en súper willy's, s.a. de c.v. y e asistido desde que lo inauguraron los primeros días su servicio esa bueno pero des pues de poco tiempo decayó mucho y note irregularidades en sus cobros. Por ejemplo en mis tike aparece redondeo que me cobraban sin que me preguntarán sí yo estaba de cuerdo con el redondeo, bueno lo deje pasar, pero hoy 06/04/2019 apareció el cobro del redondeo que ni me preguntaron y medio cuenta que me cobraron la bolsa en dónde me dan mi productos que compré y no me preguntaron si quería la bolsa.
Para mí está empresa se comporta de manera abusiva y abusan de la confianza del cliente .
Repruebo rotundamente esta práctica yo no vuelvo a usar su servicio de súper willy's
Hello good day today I was in super willy's, s.a. from c.v. and attended since the first days inaugurated his service that good but since then of little time he fell a lot and noticed irregularities in his charges. For example in my tike appears rounding that they charged me without asking me if I was in agreement with the rounding, well let it happen, but today 06/04/2019 appeared the rounding charge that they did not ask me and half tells me they charged me the bag where they give me my products that I bought and they did not ask me if I wanted the bag.
For me, this company behaves abusively and abuses the client's trust.
I strongly reprimand this practice I do not use your super willy's service again
