SON UN FRAUDE, DE VERDAD NO ADQUIERAN BOLETOS CON ESTA EMPRESA, DEBERIAN CANCELAR ESTA PAGINA COMO VENTA DE BOLETOS.
THEY ARE A FRAUD, I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 3 YEARS FOR MY MONEY... THE FIRST TIME THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD RETURN MY MONEY IN 3 MONTHS I DID THE WHOLE PROCEDURE AND THEY TOLD ME LATER THAT IT WAS NOT PROCEDURE, THAT THEY WOULD GIVE ME THE MONEY IN A CARD TO BE ABLE TO USE IT ONLY WITH THEM FOR ANOTHER CONCERT, I SEND THEM MESSAGES AND THEY DO NOT ANSWER... THEY ARE A FRAUD, REALLY DO NOT BUY TICKETS WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU SHOULD CANCEL THIS PAGE AS A TICKET SALE.

Investigue y aparentemente podría ser en 2023, la verdad yo quiero mi dinero porque no me aseguran nada y ya vi todas las quejas de reembolsos y son terribles

Los más fraudulentos: no devuelven el dinero aunque les demuestres "asuntos validos" que vienen estipulados en sus lineamientos, no obstante, presentas la evidencia correspondiente y nada. Los más careros: cobran por un estacionamiento "VIP" y no respetan el acceso; las bebidas están rebajadas; los alimentos de baja calidad, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried many, many times to reach someone from Superboletos due to a bug on their website that makes impossible to buy tickets. And they didn't answer me. To my surprise, I saw some other customers asking for a reply, only to me ignored as well. Seriously, you guys keep tweeting stuff but won't answer your customers???
