Y ahora desde el pasado viernes 14 de enero hasta el miércoles 19 de enero no he tenido servicio
5 PU70S Dias sin servico de cable o internet no les recomiendo contratar con SUPERCABLE
Mejor utilizar otro servicio de unternet
Por que ni su numero de atención a clientes contestan
Uno que nesesitas del servicio para trabajar y estudiar y este brilla por su ausencia mala calidad...

Better to use another internet service
Why don't they even answer their customer service number?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La primer semana después de la instalación del internet habían 14-18 Mbps, después de eso ha estado a una velocidad de 1.5Mbps cuando hay mucha suerte y normalmente menos de 0.75Mbps, se les llama para que resuelvan y no atienden, o solo alargan la cuestión posponiendo visita de los técnicos.
