★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo único bueno es el Surtido si es que uno va a la tienda, precios MUY ELEVADOS, en atención al cliente MUY MUY MUY MAL, te dicen por teléfono que no hay lo que pides pero si vas a la tienda si hay y son groseros por teléfono. El Servicio a domicilio es PESIMO se tardan más de dos horas en llegar estando a una distancia de solo 1 kilometro y a pesar de cobrar 15 pesos por una entrega EXAGERADAMENTE LENTA los repartidores llegan tocando como LOCOS, como exigiendo que salgas a la voz de YA, te piden propina después de esperar tus cosas por 2 horas y si no les das se molestan.
The only good thing is the Assortment if you go to the store, VERY HIGH prices, in customer service VERY VERY VERY BAD, they tell you by phone that there is not what you ask but if you go to the store if there is and they are rude for phone. The home delivery service is PESIMO it takes more than two hours to arrive being at a distance of only 1 kilometer and despite charging 15 pesos for an EXAGGERATELY SLOW delivery the delivery men arrive playing like CRAZY, as if demanding that you go out to the voice of NOW, They ask you for a tip after waiting for your things for 2 hours and if you don't give them they get upset.
