★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando quedan de programar tu entrega de colchon te dan un horario de 11a a 6pm de entrega y te dicen que te avisan con 30 minutos a 1 hr de anticipación para llegar. Cuando te dan la opción de pagar el flete de 300 pesos si tu eliges el horario. (por que te dicen que la entrega es gratis cuando compras).
Pues como no se confirmo el horario de entrega para el sabado con flete pagado (el cual ya habia sido programado en entrega normal) de todas formas tenia que pagar los 300 pesos para que me entregaran en el mismo horario sino pues hasta el lunes.
Sugiero que sean mas claros a la hora de hacer sus promociones por que lo que "resulta gratis" al final de todas formas se tiene que pagar!.
When they have to schedule your mattress delivery, they give you a delivery schedule from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and tell you that they notify you 30 minutes to 1 hour in advance to arrive. When they give you the option to pay the freight of 300 pesos if you choose the schedule. (because they tell you that delivery is free when you buy).
Well, since the delivery schedule was not confirmed for Saturday with freight paid (which had already been scheduled for normal delivery) anyway, I had to pay the 300 pesos to be delivered at the same time, but not until Monday.
I suggest that they be clearer when making their promotions because what "is free" in the end has to be paid for anyway!
