Me dijeron que me lo podía llevar y usarlo, probarlo unos días y volver antes de que se me acabara la garantía y que si no me gustaba con gusto iban a quitarle la pantalla y devolverme mi dinero completamente. Me lo llevé a mi casa y días después la pantalla de un momento a otro ya no prendió. Volví a que me hicieran una devolución y me querían aplicar la garantía con medidas que no venían en la hoja de la misma. Batallé mucho para que me dieran mi dinero, pero no me lo devolvieron completo Me dieron mi celular sin la pantalla, ni siquiera le pusieron la original que yo traía desde un inicio. I took a cell phone to have the screen changed and they returned it to me with many screen failures (which gave white flashes and blinked) and they told me a sermon that it was never the same and that it is normal. They told me that I could take it and use it, try it for a few days and come back before the warranty ran out and that if I didn't like it they would gladly remove the screen and give me my money back in full. I took it to my house and days later the screen from one moment to another no longer turned on. I went back to get a refund and they wanted to apply the guarantee with measures that did not come on the same page. I fought a lot to get my money, but they didn't give it back in full They gave me my cell phone without the screen, they didn't even put the original one that I brought from the beginning.
