★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicité servicio de gas segunda ocasión desde la mañana 09:00 A.M.del sabado 08 de Junio en Cdmx, el agente que me atendio me comento que me llamaban para confirmar mi pedido en 20 minutos.
Pasaron horas y tuve que volver a llamar para preguntar que habia pasado, me pusieron en espera por un gran rato para que me dijeran que el repartidor no sabia si podia llegar a mi domicilio, y que por eso no me habian marcado para confirmarme, posterior me pusieron en espera de nuevo para decirme que podian agendarme servicio hasta el lunes lo cual accedí solicitando que fuera lo mas temprano posible desde 6 A.M. (Trabajo). Lo cual la agente que me atendio en esta segunda ocasión accedio.
El dia de hoy lunes 10 de Junio, el repartidor no llego a la hora acordada, si no hasta 6 horas despues cuando ya no se le podia recibir. s
Se comunico conmigo y le comenté que me confirmaron a partir de las 6 A.M y que ya no se le podia recibir, el repartidor simplemente dijo "A bueno", colgo y se fue.
Pesimo servicio telefonico, pesima atencion del agente, sin compromiso y cero actitud de trabajar.
Los clientes son lo que menos les interesa.
I requested gas service second time from the morning 09:00 A.M.del Saturday June 8 in Cdmx, the agent who attended me told me that they called me to confirm my order in 20 minutes.

Which the agent who attended me this second time agreed.
On Monday, June 10, the delivery man did not arrive at the agreed time, if not until 6 hours later when he could no longer be received. s
He contacted me and I told him that they confirmed me from 6 A.M. and that he could no longer be received, the deliveryman simply said "A bueno", he hung up and left.
Pesimo telephone service, poor attention of the agent, no commitment and zero attitude to work.
Clients are the least interested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ofrecen buena atención...pero no le pongo las 5 estrellas debido a que no sabes si en realidad te cargan correctamente lo que pagas cuando vas a llenar tu cilindro.
No hay forma de verificar que tú llenado sea 100% correcto.
They offer good service ... but I do not give them the 5 stars because you do not know if they actually charge you correctly what you pay when you go to fill your cylinder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atencion es muy buena y rapida se puede pagar con tarjeta de debito credito o con efectivo ( para el caso de tarjetas el unico detalle es que no puedes teclear tu tu propio nip por que la ventanilla es muy pequeña y no permite el acceso de la mano, por loq eu sugiero pagar con tarjetas que no requieran nip o bien efectivo) ... el costo esta acorde a la tarifa marcada por el gobierno las instalaciones bien señaladas el acceso es por via amplia en ambas cuadras tanto la incorporacion a la autopista Mexico Queretaro como la calle Guillermo Gonzalez Camarena en esta ultima si se requiere tener cuidado al ingreso por que esta llena de baches.
